1.Introduction of AYZK series biogas slurry&residue solid-liquid separator
It can be used in waste residue concentration of biogas residue and biogas slurry, fiber recovery extrusion dehydrator, etc. It is especially suitable for solid-liquid separation and extrusion of low solid content sewage (biogas residue biogas slurry, slaughter sewage waste water, livestock and poultry manure flushing water). this Dehydration treatment is widely used all over the world.
2.Working principle of AYZK series biogas slurry&residue solid-liquid separator
First, the non-clogging submerged pump transfer the biogas residue and biogas slurry(waste water) to the Concentrator of liquid solid-liquid separator. The content of solid is increased to more than 50%, after concentrated high-solid content, the waste directly falls into the extruded solid-liquid separator below, and then the high-solid content is separated by the auger of the extruded solid-liquid separator. The biogas residue and biogas slurry is gradually pushed to the front of the machine, and at the same time, the pressure of the front edge of the machine is continuously increased, forcing the moisture in the waste to squeeze out of the mesh screen under the action of the edge pressure belt filter and flow out of the drain pipe. The work of the solid-liquid separator is continuously carried out, and the manure water is continuously lifted into the solid-liquid separator, and the pressure of the leading edge is continuously increased. The material port is opened and extruded from the extrusion port to achieve the purpose of extruding and discharging. In order to control the discharge speed and water content, the counterweight block under the main machine can be adjusted to achieve a satisfactory and appropriate discharge state. If too much fecal water is pumped in, it will be discharged into the original pond through the overflow pipe, and the biogas slurry separated by screw extrusion filtration can be directly sent to the biogas slurry tank or discharged to its wastewater tank for further treatment, etc.
3.Main features

(5) The shell, spiral dragon and mesh screen of the equipment are all made of stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant and not easy to rust, and the parts that are easy to wear are treated with wear-resistant coating.
